Qualifications

• Oklahoma Level B Wastewater Operator License required or ability to obtain through reciprocity within 6 months of hire.
• 3+ years of experience operating water/wastewater treatment plants.
• Experience leading teams and assigning work.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and data entry into maintenance systems; SCADA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily wastewater treatment plant operations and supervise a team of operators.
• Monitor equipment and adjust treatment processes based on data analyses.
• Lead weekly team meetings and train staff; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Diagnose operational issues, troubleshoot equipment, and implement corrective actions.
• Travel to client sites as required for project work and site inspections.
