Job summary

Crowley is seeking a Warehouse Associate for onsite operations in our Florida facility. You will perform receiving, moving, stocking, and staging of materials to support daily operations and shipping activities.

Responsibilities include conducting physical counts, managing container inventory, ensuring a clean and safe environment, and coordinating documentation such as dock receipts and bills of lading. 2–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years in a related field preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse receiving, moving, stocking, and staging of materials as directed.
• Contribute to inventory accuracy and efficient shipping operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Provide daily work direction for warehouse staff.
• Review documentation such as requisitions and inventory lists.
• Prepare and review transportation docs like dock receipts and bills of lading.

What You'll Do

Performs various warehouse receiving, moving, stocking, and staging materials in support of operational requirements and shipping assignments as directed.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting physical inventory counts and manage container inventory within the yard; ensuring accurate tracking, documentation, and compliance with hazardous material handling.
• Ensures warehouse environment is clean and safe.
• Provides daily work direction and assignment for warehouseperson.
• Manage container inventory and loading operations by verifying container information, applying and inspection seals and hazardous material placards, and documenting activity.
• May review documentation such as requisitions and inventory lists to plan purchases.
• May prepare and review transportation documentation such as dock receipts, inventory pick lists and truck bills of lading.

Qualifications

Education & Credentials:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience

2 - 3 years in related field preferred.

Technical Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
