Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply seeks a Lead Warehouse Team Member to coordinate staffing, plan WMS tasks, and manage dock flow in a fast-paced distribution environment. You will train new hires, supervise daily operations, and ensure accuracy of orders and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse experience.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and written/verbal communication skills.
• Exemplary safety record and adherence to procedures.
• Certified on pallet rider, counterbalance, and hi-reach.
• Independent worker with initiative and urgency.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Thorough understanding of inbound/outbound priorities and processes.
• Ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Office suite.
• Solutions-oriented, proactive problem solver.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing plans to meet daily goals and adjust as needed.
• Plan, allocate, and coordinate all WMS activities.
• Manage dock flow and resource movements for efficient loading.
• Track and adjust orders in WMS/JDA; assign tasks.
• Liaise with Customer Service and Transportation for urgent deliveries.
• Oversee end-of-day packing slips and reconciliation.
• Monitor inbound PO status and schedule deliveries.
• Maintain organized documentation and data integrity across systems.
• Provide timely communication to planners and carriers.
• Support inbound/outbound activities, including picking and replenishment.
• Lead training for new hires and cross-training for staff.
