Chick-fil-A Supply is seeking an Inventory Associate at the Winter Haven, FL distribution center to maintain inventory accuracy and support daily operations. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of warehouse experience.
• Deep understanding of operational flows in the warehouse.
• Familiarity with systemic documentation and configuration.
• Proficient English reading, writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Track inventory accuracy via audits and cycle counts.
• Identify, quarantine and report damaged or recalled product.
• Ensure pick availability and resolve location issues.
• Maintain slot integrity and slot SKU’s by forecasting and profiling.
• Provide oversight of programs like claims, disposals, replenishment.
• Investigate discrepancies and drive root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide WMS support.
• Record feedback and contribute to future WMS enhancements.
