Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a results‑driven supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will train, develop and coach teams while ensuring accuracy, efficiency and strong customer service.

Strong communication and office tools knowledge are essential to manage cross‑functional relationships. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent), the ability to lift 70 lbs, and flexible shifts up to five days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Available to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, and safety.
• Fosters relationships across employees, management, and customers.
• Manages department resources to maximize output and efficiency.
• Ensures orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching for staff.
• Promotes a positive, collaborative work environment.
