Job summary

UPS is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead safety, productivity, and attendance across shifts. You will train, develop, and coach workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy, customer service, and cooperation.

You will manage department resources, foster a positive team environment, implement personal development plans, and ensure orientation and ongoing safety training across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience leading teams and training personnel.

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
