Job summary

UPS seeks a Supervisor to train and supervise Package Handlers and Clerks, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely task completion. You will lead teams, enforce attendance, and submit timecards, in a dynamic warehouse environment.

The role requires strong problem solving and communication skills, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent and prior management experience. Up to five working days per week, with competitive base pay and incentive programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong problem solving and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Conducts and participates in group meetings.
• Coordinates evaluations with management.
• Determines best solutions for package concerns.
• Supervises daily activities of package handlers and clerks to ensure duties are accomplished safely and timely.
• Adheres to UPS's high ethical standards and code of conduct.
