Job summary

UPS is seeking an experienced supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance, setting high standards for accuracy, customer service and teamwork across the department.

You will train staff, manage resources for maximum output, and implement development plans while maintaining compliance with safety policies and government requirements. This permanent role offers opportunities to influence cross-functional operations in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kgs).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities
