Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse teams in distribution and light manufacturing.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite) preferred.
• Forklift certification and experience operating material handling equipment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time to meet customer expectations.
• Monitor daily workflow and adjust labor assignments as needed based on order volume and priorities.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse associates, forklift operators, and material handlers.
• Conduct daily team huddles and communicate performance expectations and safety guidelines.
