Job summary

Hospeco Brands Group seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day distribution and light manufacturing operations, ensuring safe and accurate movement of goods. You will oversee receiving, put-away, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping while developing a high-performing team.

The role emphasizes productivity, accuracy, safety, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment with collaboration across Shipping, Receiving, Inventory Control, Manufacturing, and Customer

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate/Bachelor preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse ops; 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes incl. inventory control, shipping/receiving, order fulfillment.
• Experience with WMS/ERP (SAP, NetSuite) preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Forklift certification and operation experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, inventory replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Ensure orders are processed and shipped accurately and on time.
• Monitor daily workflow and adjust labor assignments based on order volume.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff and forklift operators.
• Conduct daily safety briefings and enforce safety policies (OSHA/DOT).
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements for efficiency.
