Job summary

Ace Hardware Corporation in La Crosse, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations, enforce safety rules, and plan work assignments to meet our operational goals. You will monitor performance, coach staff, and ensure payroll accuracy while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of warehouse experience (5 preferred), strong communication, and the ability to adapt to non-traditional shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience (5 preferred) in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of business and management principles.
• Ability to process information, audit and analyze data.
• Ability to operate vehicles or equipment as needed.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety rules and regulations.
• Plan work assignments and manage manpower to meet operational needs.
• Monitor employees and the work process to ensure quality per standards.
• Validate payroll for team members.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates.
• Evaluate employee performance and prepare appraisals.
• Resolve employee problems and drive efficiency through the team.
