Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse operations and/or leadership experience.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software.
• Must have prompt and reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Willingness to work on powered equipment such as forklift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations across all distribution points.
• Train, appraise, and supervise warehouse staff.
• Review productivity reports and participate in interviews and training.
• Plan and coordinate schedules to optimize productivity and meet goals.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized warehouse conditions.
• Ensure timely receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
