Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor in the La Crosse, WI area to oversee safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will lead workgroups, set high standards, and collaborate across teams to maintain efficient operations.

You will be responsible for training, coaching, and developing staff while ensuring adherence to safety policies and company procedures. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
