Job summary

NSI Industries is seeking a 1st shift supervisor for Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm in Fort Worth, TX. You will directly supervise warehouse personnel across departments, model safety and productivity, and ensure accurate receiving, putaway, picking, packing, and shipping using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Responsibilities include daily work assignment, labor balance, coaching, timecard reviews, and attendance management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution center supervisory experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to warehouse personnel across departments.
• Balance labor and assign daily work based on volume and priorities.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
• Oversee receiving, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory transactions.
• Train, coach, and develop leads and associates.
• Collaborate with management on staffing and continuous improvement initiatives.
