Job summary

NSI Industries, LLC is seeking a 2nd shift supervisor (Mon–Fri, 3 pm–11:30 pm) to lead warehouse teams in Fort Worth, TX. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, productivity, and coaching team members on performance and attendance.

You will partner with management to balance labor and ensure coverage across picking, packing, and shipping processes. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DC leadership, strong WMS knowledge, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution center experience with leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven experience supervising employees in warehouse/operations.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Excellent problem-solving, math, reading, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks; overtime willing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to warehouse personnel.
• Balance labor and assign daily work based on volume and priorities.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory using WMS.
• Coach and discipline employees; manage performance and attendance.
• Collaborate with management to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and operational discipline on the floor.
