Job summary

NSI Industries seeks a 2nd shift supervisor for Monday–Friday, 3 pm–11:30 pm to lead warehouse teams including picking, packing, QC, and shipping. You will manage daily workload, ensure safety, and monitor performance, attendance, and conduct.

The role emphasizes hands-on supervision and cross-training to maintain high accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in DC supervision, strong WMS experience, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of distribution center experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Proven supervision of warehouse staff in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong problem solving, math, reading, and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and leadership to warehouse personnel across assigned departments.
• Maintain a visible presence on the warehouse floor and set expectations for safety and productivity.
• Assign daily work, balance labor, and ensure operational coverage.
• Train, coach, and develop Warehouse Leads and Associates, including onboarding and cross-training.
• Enforce policies and manage performance, attendance, and conduct issues.
