Job summary

Ford Motor Company in Denver, CO is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Supervisor to lead a unionized hourly team in Receiving, Packaging, Replenishment, Picking, and Shipping. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment while driving continuous improvement.

You will coach and develop the team under a people-first culture, manage time and attendance per bargaining agreements, coordinate with suppliers and carriers, and uphold Ford's standards of cost, quality, safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, or related fields.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and unionized environments.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead an hourly unionized team responsible for receiving, packaging, replenishment, picking and shipping.
• Coach and direct a UAW-represented workforce across warehouse functions.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost performance.
• Ensure accurate recording of time worked and absences per policy and bargaining agreements.
• Drive objectives related to cost, quality, safety, efficiency and absenteeism on schedule.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to support on-time deliveries.
