Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain union-free environment through direct management-employee relationships.
• Implement continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service, capacity, and quality.
• Collaborate with Site Operations Supervisor and General Manager to meet customer metrics.
