Job summary

Unipart is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor in West Bridgewater, MA to oversee safe, efficient warehouse operations and deliver high-quality service to customers. You will lead the team, apply lean principles, and ensure compliance with EH&S, security, and company policies.

The role requires 3+ years supervisory experience, 5 years 3PL/Warehouse experience, and proficiency with WMS (Oracle preferred) and Excel. You will train staff, manage KPIs, and report performance.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of previous supervisory experience.
• 5 years of 3PL and/or Warehouse and Distribution experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Oracle Preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel knowledge.
• Ability to take ownership and drive KPI results.
• Flexibility with working hours to meet operating needs.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, efficient and high-quality warehouse operations to meet KPIs and customer expectations.
• Lead The Unipart Way, applying lean management principles across activities.
• Ensure EH&S, security, and policy adherence throughout the shift.
• Supervise, train and develop associates; uphold performance standards and timekeeping.
• Schedule and manage the team to meet volume demands and control overtime.
• Monitor departmental goals and drive service improvements and efficiency.
• Respond to customer requests within SLA and escalate as needed.
• Lead daily/weekly briefings and promote two-way communication with the team.
• Prepare and submit operational reports (End of Day, 15-minute sheets, etc.).
• Implement corrective actions for off-target KPIs and update stakeholders.
