Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume distribution and fulfillment center in Matteson, Illinois. This hands-on leadership role requires people management, problem-solving on the floor, and a relentless focus on safety and metrics.

You will own shift performance, coach leads, partner with Site Operations leadership, and drive continuous improvement to meet customer targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a distribution/fulfillment center.
• Progressive responsibility within a single employer.
• Strong operations background linking people, process, and technology.
• Solid analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, internal processing, and outbound movement of product.
• Lead a team of leads and associates; coach and develop staff.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve service.
• Monitor KPI performance and deliver reporting to leadership.
