Job summary

Crane is seeking a Subject Matter Expert to oversee processes, technology, and hardware in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will guide team members, ensure accurate and timely order picking, packing, and shipping, and maintain strict safety and regulatory compliance on-site at our location.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with hands-on responsibilities in daily operations and equipment handling to support Crane’s logistic leadership.

Responsibilities

• Directs work of team members as instructed by supervisor.
• Ensures orders are picked, checked, and packed accurately and timely.
• Operates forklift or other warehouse equipment as trained.
• Loads/unloads materials from pallets or vehicles by hand or forklift.
• Scans freight using warehouse management system (RF).</br>Completes required paperwork promptly.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness in the work area as required.
• On-site presence is required at the assigned location.
