Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Lead for the Warehouse Shipping team at our Dallas-area facility. You will lead a group of shipping and receiving staff, coordinate trailer loading, and ensure accurate documentation such as bills of lading and invoices.

Candidates should have 4+ years in manufacturing or related fields and 4+ years of leadership experience. Strong communication and safety compliance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or field environment.
• 4+ years in a role with people/projects management.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping and receiving team members.
• Coordinate trailer loading locations.
• Prepare Bill of Lading and invoices.
• Communicate equipment instructions inside the warehouse.
• Ensure on-time pickup and loading with carriers.
• Maintain SQF food safety compliance.
