Job summary

Fuyao Glass America Inc. in Moraine, OH seeks a Warehouse Shift Supervisor for the Logistics-Storage department.

The role oversees daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage and inventory control, while leading a team and ensuring safety, 5S practices, and accuracy in cycles counts. This is a 2nd shift position requiring experience in manufacturing, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to operate a forklift.

Qualifications

• Requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience or equivalent
• Demonstrates knowledge of warehouse processes and safety practices
• Proficient in reading and interpreting safety rules and handling instructions

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, storage and inventory control
• Coordinate order fulfillment, loading and dispatch based on customer and production needs
• Monitor sorting and handling to meet customer specs and internal standards
• Ensure 5S, environmental and fire safety practices in the warehouse
• Address inventory discrepancies, damage and storage issues with corrective actions
• Oversee inbound/outbound logistics to prevent delays and reduce excess costs
• Develop and implement cycle count plans and verify results
• Support training and onboarding of new warehouse staff
• Other duties as assigned
