The Warehouse Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, inventory control, and team supervision. This role ensures efficient execution of warehouse tasks in alignment with customer and company requirements, supports safety and 5S initiatives, leads inventory accuracy efforts, and facilitates training for new team members.

1 Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, storage, and inventory control.
2 Coordinate order fulfillment, loading, and dispatch based on customer and production requirements.
3 Monitor sorting and handling processes to ensure compliance with customer specifications and internal standards.
4 Ensure proper implementation of 5S, environmental, and fire safety practices within the warehouse area.
5 Identify and address issues related to inventory discrepancies, product damage, and storage control; develop and monitor corrective actions.
6 Manage timely inbound and outbound logistics to prevent delivery delays and minimize excess freight costs.
7 Develop and implement inventory cycle count plans, including scheduling, task assignments, and verification methods; track and analyze results.
8 Support the training and onboarding of new warehouse employees to ensure knowledge and skill development.
9 Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements Language Languages spoken commonly in the workplace are English and/or Mandarin. - Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.
Experience 1 to 3 years manufacturing experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Education High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Physical Condition The employee is regularly required o stand or sit for long periods.
Duties will include long periods of viewing a computer monitor.
