Christie Lites is seeking a supervisor to lead a team of technicians and temporary labor in a rental warehouse environment. You will oversee pulling, staging, QC, and daily equipment checks, ensuring orders meet ship dates and inventory accuracy.

RFID tagging and barcode maintenance are key parts of daily operations, with focus on safety and efficiency. The role requires prior supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate across departments.

Qualifikationen

• Leads a department team of technicians and temp labor and reports to the Warehouse Manager.
• Experience in entertainment lighting, live event production, or a rental warehouse environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience with assigning work and deadlines.
• Proficient with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners; RFID experience is a plus.
• Strong organization and attention to detail; able to manage multiple orders with fixed ship dates.
• Clear communicator with the Warehouse Manager and other departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead a department team of technicians and assigned temp labor, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assign orders to technicians for pulling, staging and QC, ensuring 100% pull accuracy.
• Ensure next-day stage dates are met and staging area is prepared by end of day.
• Conduct daily equipment checks within 30 minutes of shop opening.
• Enforce QC standards and route failed gear to repair.
• Maintain barcode and RFID tags and drive RFID scanning.
• Flag orders at risk and coordinate staffing needs.
• Report shortages and submit department supply orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per daily/weekly/monthly standards.
• Train and develop technicians and support inventory counts.
