Job summary

Christie Lites in Mount Juliet, TN, seeks a lead technician supervisor to manage a team of technicians and temporary labor. You will oversee pulling, staging, QC, and on-time readiness for shipment, ensuring accurate inventory control and coordinating staffing, repairs, and shortages with the Warehouse Manager.

The role emphasizes training, reliability, and process discipline to meet department standards and deadlines in a live event rental environment.

Qualifications

Experience leading technicians and temp labor in a fast-paced warehouse.
Strong inventory control and attention to detail essential.
Familiarity with RFID systems and handheld scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead a department of technicians and temp labor, reporting to the Warehouse Manager.
Assign orders to technicians for pulling, staging, and QC; ensure 100% pulled.
Ensure next-day stage dates are met and orders staged by end of day.
Perform daily equipment checks within 30 minutes of shop opening.
Maintain QC standards; route failed gear to repair.
Maintain barcode/RFID tagging; drive RFID scanning consistency.
Flag at-risk orders and coordinate staffing needs.
Report shortages and submit department supply orders.
Keep department clean and organized per schedules.
Train and develop technicians; support physical inventory counts.
