UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Ohio is seeking a warehouse supervisor responsible for leading safety, productivity and attendance. You will supervise, train, and develop workgroups, set high standards, and maintain effective relationships with employees, management, and customers.

Responsibilities include facilitating training, ensuring compliance with safety policies, managing resources for maximum output, and promoting continuous improvement through coaching and development plans.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent; preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety.
• Fosters relationships with employees, management, and customers; promotes teamwork and continuous improvement.
• Coordinates resources to maximize output and efficiency; implements development plans.
• Provides orientation, training, evaluations, and coaching for personnel.
