• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Provides coaching, orientation, and ongoing development for department personnel.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures and compliance with government requirements.
