Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Warehouse Package Handler Lead in Georgetown, TX to oversee offloading, loading, and sorting of packages and to train new hires under Area and Operations Managers. The role supports operational metrics and upholds company values in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a Monday–Friday 4:30am–10:30am shift with a pay rate of $19.95 per hour, plus benefits including 401(k) with match and holiday premium pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols.
• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations.
• Oversee package handling, sorting, and inspection for accuracy.
• Monitor equipment, submit maintenance requests, and manage damaged freight.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and ensure manifest accuracy.
