OnTrac is hiring a Warehouse Lead Package Handler at the Tampa branch. The role oversees offloading, loading, and sorting, trains new hires, and partners with Area and Operations Managers to maintain metrics and uphold company values. The Lead ensures safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, about a year of industry and leadership experience, and basic English proficiency. Pay is $19.95/hour with a Saturday-Wednesday night shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of industry experience.
• 1 year of leadership experience preferred.
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
• Train and guide Package Handlers with hands-on demonstrations and feedback.
• Oversee package handling, sorting, and inspection for accuracy and to prevent damage or misroutes.
• Monitor equipment functionality and submit maintenance requests.
• Check in/out third-party drivers and ensure documentation and manifest accuracy.
