Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of relevant warehouse, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.
• Experience leading, training, mentoring, or coordinating warehouse staff.
• Strong mathematical, reading, and interpretation of shipping documents and reports.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity and quality standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support daily material handling and warehousing activities including receiving, processing, storing, moving, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Coordinate outbound order fulfillment to ensure orders are completed accurately and shipped on schedule.
• Train, coach, and mentor team members on processes, safety procedures, and quality expectations.
• Maintain operational efficiency and compliance with company policies.
• Operate warehouse equipment and oversee safe use of forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Assist in monitoring workflow, assign work, and communicate priorities.
• Perform documentation tasks such as shipping paperwork and inventory records.
• Identify process improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper transaction processing.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment per standards.
