The Outbound / Orderfiller Lead is responsible for overseeing daily outbound distribution and order fulfillment operations to ensure the accurate, timely, and efficient shipment of goods from the facility. This role provides leadership and guidance to warehouse associates while demonstrating expertise in logistics, supply chain operations, materials management, inventory control, and distribution processes. The Lead serves as a subject matter expert, promoting safety, quality, productivity, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead and support daily material handling and warehousing activities, including receiving, processing, storing, moving, picking, packing, and shipping products, materials, equipment, and supplies.
Coordinate and monitor outbound order fulfillment activities to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and shipped on schedule.Verify quantities, product information, destinations, and shipment timing using various source documents, inventory systems, and operational reports.
Train, coach, and mentor team members on warehouse processes, safety procedures, productivity standards, and quality expectations.
Lead by example in maintaining operational efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
Operate and oversee the use of equipment utilized for weighing, banding, wrapping, packaging, and shipping products.
Ensure the safe operation, basic servicing, and proper use of mechanical, motorized, and electrical warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling devices as authorized.
Assist in monitoring workflow, assigning work, and communicating priorities to team members to meet operational goals.
Perform and oversee specialized clerical and documentation functions, including shipping paperwork, receiving records, inventory transactions, and transportation documentation.
Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Support inventory accuracy through proper handling, cycle counting, and transaction processing procedures.
