Job summary

Coda-Resources is seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory integrity at our Joliet logistics facility. You will lead a small team up to 10 people, plan daily audits, and reconcile stock across WMS and ERP to maintain 99%+ accuracy.

Initial training will occur at our Glendale Heights facility, with a planned transition to the brand-new Joliet warehouse as operations relocate. Upon completion, the role will be based in Joliet on a permanent basis.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control, warehousing or logistics operations.
• Leadership or supervisory experience with small teams.
• Experience navigating ERP and inventory ledgers.
• Advanced Excel skills and data reconciliation abilities.
• Knowledge of BC and Pipe17 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventories.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across WMS and ERP systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on variances and document adjustments.
• Export data to Excel, analyze trends, and track KPIs.
• Supervise and train clerks reconciling and reporting.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Production, Finance to minimize stockouts.
• Oversee integration between ERP and 3PL/ecommerce systems.
• Generate weekly inventory accuracy metrics and reports.
