Job summary

Coda-Resources seeks an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee inventory integrity at our Joliet logistics facility. The role leads a small team, conducts daily audits, and reconciles stock across WMS and ERP to sustain 99%+ accuracy.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in inventory control, warehousing, and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily/weekly/monthly cycle counts and annual physical counts.
• Maintain inventory accuracy across WMS and ERP systems.
• Perform root-cause analysis on variances and trace transactions in ERP.
• Export data from WMS/ERP to Excel for trend and shrinkage analysis.
• Supervise and train clerks assisting in reconciliation and reporting.
• Collaborate with Receiving, Shipping, Production, AND Finance to minimize stockouts and errors.
• Monitor 3PL and ecommerce inventory integration and ensure data integrity.
