Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm) in Horn Lake, MS. You will oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to deliver efficient service.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner equipment, and flexibility including overtime and weekends. A bachelor's degree in Logistics or related field is preferred, with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends.
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
