Job summary

GXO is seeking a Lead Warehouse Supervisor for our Horn Lake, MS facility to oversee a team and ensure inventory integrity and on-time order fulfillment. You will coach staff, enforce safety policies, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a warehouse setting, 1 year of SAP experience, and familiarity with WMS and handheld scanners. The role is 1st shift, Monday–Friday, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Coach and train the warehouse team; provide developmental opportunities; recommend performance improvements as needed.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain necessary documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate issues.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Maintain 7S program for a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect team members.
