Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations to lead a day shift warehouse team. You’ll manage daily operations, schedules, and coaching to drive performance while ensuring safe, accurate order fulfillment.

You’ll apply the GXO 7S framework, monitor quality, collaborate with leaders and other departments, and pursue continuous improvement in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime, weekends

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse
• Prepare schedules
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance
• Monitor work quality to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
• Demonstrate an understanding of the company quality policy
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program
• Communicate well with leadership, team members and other departments
• Implement continuous improvement action plans
• Always maintain a clean environment
