Job summary

Ingram Micro is seeking an Operations Supervisor for our Eastvale, CA distribution center. You will lead and develop warehouse teams, oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory, and drive lean process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in warehouse ops with 3+ years in leadership, strong WMS knowledge, Excel skills, and a collaborative mindset to coordinate across departments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in warehouse operations with 3+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of conveyance systems, WMS, and lean processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Clear communicator with cross‑functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach warehouse associates, set goals, and give feedback.
• Oversee receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory with accuracy.
• Audit goods and maintain inventory records to improve workflows.
• Manage projects from start to finish and drive continuous improvements.
