Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift leadership to accomplish shift goals.
• Oversees and coordinates warehouse processes such as receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Directs work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on support in Material Handling and Forklift responsibilities.
• Drive compliance with safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Propose and implement process improvements for supervisor review.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Escalate problems and help find solutions with management.
• Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain organized warehouse, proper labeling, and staging for delivery.
• Ensure safe storage and proper placement of products.
• Assist in warehouse security and adherence to policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
