Job summary

Southshore Enterprises, Inc. in Bloomington (Indiana) seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead a team of lift truck operators, auditors, and customer service reps.

You will ensure safe, efficient operations that meet customer requirements and uphold a standard of operational excellence. Responsibilities include scheduling, directing warehousing tasks, coaching staff, and driving continuous improvement through lean thinking and 5S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience.
• Powerful forklift operation and safety knowledge.
• Experience with SAP inventory scanning is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operational plan per site leadership guidance.
• Schedule, assign, and perform warehousing duties including loading/unloading and picking.
• Lead, motivate, and direct lift truck operators and auditors to deliver best-in-class service.
• Provide coaching to lift truck operators and auditors, upholding company culture and processes.
• Foster a team environment and drive continuous improvement through lean thinking and 5S.
