Job summary

The position requires 3–5 years in a similar role, leadership skills, and experience with SAP R/3 and MS Office. Occasional travel and a strong focus on accuracy and teamwork are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Education/diploma in logistics/warehousing.
• Experience in a similar job: 3-5 years.
• Prior leadership experience.
• Inventory management and Kanban knowledge.
• SAP R/3 and Microsoft Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage the shipping, receiving, and stocking of parts, material, and equipment ensuring accurate and timely reporting in SAP.
• Ensure replenishment of the internal Kanban system while driving improvements.
• Establish standards to ensure stock integrity within the facility and monitor compliance.
• Ensure warehouse is well-structured with clear responsibilities for optimal internal material flow.
• Identify opportunities, initiate and lead warehouse process improvement initiatives.
• Organize and perform stock-taking with defined accuracy targets.
• Ensure cycle counts are counted accurately and reported to Inventory Control.
• Ensure proper storage of materials with FIFO application.
• Lead and facilitate daily SIM1 and weekly SIM4 meetings in the warehouse.
• Prepare and Lead audits for all Warehouse related topics.
• Ensure adherence to 5S principles and maintain/improve warehouse infrastructure.
• Ensure warehouse equipment receives regular maintenance and operates safely.
