Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Lead to oversee a warehouse team in our Oklahoma operations. You will manage daily processes, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure orders are completed on time.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to maintain inventory levels and ensure orders are completed on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities.
• Utilize the warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Enforce company policies and safety procedures.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
• Work in a safe manner to protect you and your team.
