ScottsMiracle-Gro is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Marysville Distribution Center in Ohio. You will lead shift operations, ensure shipping schedules, and guide distribution associates to achieve inventory accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of supervision experience, with strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills. SAP experience is preferred, and a focus on safety and efficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• At least 5 years of warehouse supervision or production supervision experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations within the Marysville Distribution Center.
• Ensure the customer shipping schedule is obtained and manage shifts accordingly.
• Direct distribution associates to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with packaging to maintain product quality and uptime.
• Utilize SAP to monitor inventory and quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Train and develop associates in surge and loading procedures and customer requirements.
• Enforce Scotts Miracle-Gro policies and safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, compliant work area and monitor housekeeping standards.
• Estimate overtime needs and balance with budget.
• Collaborate with Returns Coordinator on processing returned products.
