Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor for the 2nd shift (Friday - Tuesday, 4:00pm - 12:30am) to lead day-to-day warehouse operations and drive performance.

You’ll schedule, train, coach, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining a clean and safe environment. The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare schedules.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Follow the company quality policy.
• Adhere to GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
