Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is hiring a 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor to lead a warehouse team, schedule workloads, and ensure quality customer service. The role emphasizes coaching, continuous improvement, and adherence to the GXO 7S program in a dynamic environment.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in supervision, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanners, and willingness to work flexible hours including overtime. Bilingual English/Spanish and experience in 3PL are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field.
• 2 years managerial or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Experience in an AS9100 or ISO environment.
• Warehousing or 3PL experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily operations of the warehouse.
• Prepare schedules for the team.
• Supervise the team and provide training and coaching.
• Monitor work quality to deliver customer service.
• Adhere to the GXO 7S program.
• Communicate with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean warehouse environment.
