Job summary

ABB is seeking an onsite Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager in Mebane, NC to lead warehouse and shipping operations and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise daily activities, optimize inventory, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include paperwork, equipment maintenance, capacity optimization, and stock accuracy through cycle counts. Strong leadership, safety compliance, and process optimization are essential.

Qualifications

• You are highly skilled in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and supply chain operations.
• You have experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain management in a leadership role.
• You are passionate about process optimization, team leadership, safety compliance, and driving operational efficiency.
• Degree in / Have a demonstrated track record in business administration, supply chain management, or operations management (or equivalent professional experience).

Responsibilities

• Coding and preparing proper receipt/dispatch paperwork.
• Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities and identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.
• Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization and supervising and assisting in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
• Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency, and boost the performance of work crews and equipment; and ensuring stock accuracy by conducting periodic stock takes and/or cycle counting.
