Job summary

Refresco in Wilson, NC is seeking a warehouse/receiving and distribution specialist to support our production lines and logistics. The role focuses on adhering to GMP and safety standards while directing loading teams to meet customer demands.

The candidate will coordinate with trucking partners, ensure inventory accuracy, and help minimize costs. Required experience includes forklift operation and proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with a High School diploma or GED and 3+ years

Qualifications

Minimum High School/GED required.
3+ years in a manufacturing environment, food/beverage preferred.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification.
Proficiency with SAP, Excel, Word and PowerPoint for daily operations.

Responsibilities

Adhere to GMP, health, safety policies and PPE requirements in warehouse and production areas.
Direct loading workforce to meet customer demands and priorities.
Plan and coordinate logistics with trucking firms to ensure timely pickups and deliveries, and minimize freight costs.
Maintain inventory accuracy and drive improvements to reduce waste and variance.
Lead and communicate expectations to warehouse staff and ensure safe, compliant operations.
