Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in Pennsylvania seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to oversee loading/unloading, dock assignments, and yard movements to ensure on-time shipments.

You will enter data into the SAP system, coordinate with production and customer service, and maintain accurate records while adhering to GMP and safety policies. The role requires forklift certification, SAP proficiency, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced beverage manufacturing environment with weekend and overtime as

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in warehouse shipping/receiving.
• Inventory control or customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP for dock scheduling, PGI reporting and receiving.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMP and safety policies; wear PPE in warehouse.
• Check in drivers, assign dock doors, dispatch yard moves.
• Maintain records of loaded trailers and issue daily status updates.
• Perform shipping/receiving admin duties; prepare reports.
• Coordinate raw materials deliveries and ensure stock for ship dates.
• Verify pallet counts and reconcile with SAP; ensure load completion paperwork.
