Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead logistics operations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant material handling, receiving, and shipping. You will supervise a logistics team, coordinate with maintenance, and drive improvements to inventory accuracy and shipping costs.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree (or related experience) and at least five years in warehouse supervisory/management roles with proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum five years’ experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role with demonstrated leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and housekeeping of shipping, receiving and logistic operations.
• Supervise and develop logistic staff to meet department goals.
• Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance of logistic equipment.
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and year-end inventories per corporate guidelines.
• Develop methods to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
• Arrange trailers and carriers for pickups and road loads; establish FIFO.
