Job summary

Performix is seeking a Warehouse Design Specialist to plan the inner warehouse layout and optimize space utilization. You will design product flow and handling systems, applying lean concepts to improve process efficiency.

The role involves organizing operations from reception to shipments, measuring performance, and leading projects to optimize warehousing processes. A Bachelor’s degree and CAD/SAP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of warehouse design/optimization experience.
• Proficient in computer aided design and drafting software.
• Proficient Microsoft Skills and SAP.
• Knowledge of Database systems (SQL, Tableau etc.) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and plan the inner layout of the warehouse to optimize space and flow.
• Ensure optimized functioning of the warehouse and achieve maximum efficiency and space utilization.
• Develop warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and handling systems.
• Adopt lean concepts to streamline processes for flow efficiency.
• Organize warehousing operations including reception, storage, order prep and shipments according to SPS principle.
• Measure and analyze warehousing performance (cost and service) and implement corrective actions.
• Manage projects to design and optimize warehousing processes.
